TD HR Onboard Team

As a senior designer at TD, I was often tasked with creating engaging content to help drive initiatives across several Pods. This PDF was one of many on a large scale onboard projects to provide the people manager with a toolkit to help guide and improve the onboard process. This helped to solve many irritants in the business and they were very successful in improving employee satisfaction and retention numbers measured by surveys. Our work was recently recognized with a Business Intelligence Group Organization Award.
