TD HR Candidate Attract Team

As part of TD's HR Journey team, I supported the Candidate Attraction team across several paid and organic recruitment campaigns. When TD went through a major brand overhaul, I got to help shape what the new look meant for recruitment advertising.

For the Mobile Mortgage Specialist campaign, I led with benefit-driven messaging and lifestyle photography — work that evolved through the rebrand as I traded generic office shots for warmer, more authentic imagery.

For the AI Talent campaign, recruiting for Layer 6, TD's in-house AI lab, I paired bold typography with candid team photography to capture the personality of the team.
